Today at the Williamsburg glutten-fest known as Smorgasburg I have meringues for sale at the the Biddy & Yolk table! As a new venture from all-around awesome chef and DJ Sam Kim (of SkimKim) featuring a menu highlighting chicken and egg dishes I am excited to see how that vision is translated. To add a bit of sweetness to the mix I whipped up Tangerine Creamsicle and Raspberry Almond meringues.
